For four generations, all Dubesset knives are made entirely by hand by hand.
All parts are made in the Mountain region Thiernoise.
These are two brothers, cutlery to thiers, who love this job and do everything to keep this traditional know-how that we have sent our ancestors all these years.
They took the torch of the family at the age of 16 by learning “on the job” with their father, craftsman from a young age.
In our family workshop, they are able to make knives tailored to each application, customize to their liking with a total mastery of the art.
