The whole knife and fork is forged in a single mass of stainless steel. The steel Z50C13, Rockwell 54-56 HRC, is tempered and polished crosswise to produce a high-quality tool, great cutting power, cutting hardness and balance. POM handles are manually set and mounted on the tang using three through rivets.
The set is presented in a case including :
- 8″ Slicing Knife : narrow blade. For carving meat or poultry and thin-slicing meat.
- The highly practical 6″ Curved Folk lets you easily turn over a roast or hold a joint (rib – poultry – leg of lamb) when carving.
